During your days here, our team will do their best to make your stay enjoyable and carefree. Therefore, we kindly ask you to take note of and comply with the following.

1. Check in – Check out
Registration is first done at the reception in Vargyas, after which accommodation can be occupied in Körtövés. Rooms can be occupied on the day of arrival from 15:00. On the day of departure, guests are kindly requested to leave the houses by 12:00. In case our staff finishes the cleaning earlier, the houses can be occupied before 15:00.
When leaving the accommodation, please return the house key to reception.
2. Transport
In case our guest arrives by plane/train/bus instead of car, we will take him/her to the reception and from there to Körtövés.
3. Payment
The payment of accomodation and consumption takes place on the day of departure at the reception.
4. Visitors
Only persons registered at reception are allowed inside the facility.
5. Basic services
In addition to the accommodation, the room rate includes: playground, adventure park, parking area, badminton court, fishing equipment, and the use of equipment for barbecuing and stew cooking.
6. Information
6.1. On arrival in Körtövés, our animators will accompany the guests to their accommodation, after which they will be given a detailed introduction to the use of the petrol lamps and stoves, as well as information about the programme and meals.
6.2. The storage of flammable or explosive materials in houses is forbidden. In case of fire, guests are responsible for alerting reception.
6.3. Please note that we are not responsible for any valuables left in the room. Please leave your valuables at the reception for safekeeping.
7. Electrical devices
Electricity is only available at the charging station inside the facility, so electrical devices can be charged here.
8. Meals
8.1. Restaurant
Reservations are required if guests wish to dine in the restaurant. Main meals:
• breakfast: buffet (prepared mainly with local products)
• lunch: daily menu (two soups, two main courses, dessert)
• dinner: daily menu (two main courses, dessert).
8.2. Buying food
All houses have a kitchen, so the guests can prepare their own lunch. The necessary ingredients can be provided by our guests or purchased on demand at the restaurant. Local, traditional recipes are also provided if requested.
8.3. Grill/Stew kettle (free with reservation)
For barbecuing and stewing, grills and stew kettle can be rented. If required, our animators will also provide guidance on how to prepare the local dishes.
9. Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the houses and in the restaurant! Smoking is only allowed on the terraces and in designated areas.
10. Disturbing the silence
Please respect the privacy of other guests, especially after 22:00.
11. Wi-fi
Körtövés is a throwback to the old times, when there was no telephone and internet service, therefore there is no Wi-fi available in the facility.
12. Cleaning
Staff responsible for cleaning are on duty from 12:00 to 15:00 every day. If no cleaning is requested, please post the “Do Not Disturb!” sign on the outside of the front door.
13. Problem Report
Guests are kindly requested to report any malfunctions they notice to the reception or to the staff in charge of maintenance.
Reservation policy.

No fee is charged if the reservation is canceled at least 15 days before arrival.
Nonrefundable
The total price of the reservation may be charged anytime after booking.
Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
